I'm Gaurav Tiwari, founder and lead mentor of Sai Campus Recruitment Training. I'm a programming, aptitude and communication trainer — and, first and foremost, someone who enjoys helping students get placed.
During my own placements I received offers from several top MNCs. Instead of joining them, I chose to teach — because I saw how many capable students were missing out simply for want of the right guidance. That decision became Sai CRT. Since then I've trained more than 10,000 students, and over 2000 of them are now working at leading IT companies.
Alongside Sai CRT, I'm a PhD scholar in Machine Learning at IIT Indore. My teaching style is logic-first and patient: I break hard concepts down step by step, connect them to what companies actually ask, and revise them until they truly stick. Beyond the classroom, I'm a FIDE-rated chess player, a marathon runner, and a firm believer that discipline in one area builds discipline in all of them.
